During my undergraduate years, I fell in love with the practice of yoga and completed a personally transformative training program that led me to teach thousands of students across California. In my psychotherapy practice, I draw upon the foundations of yoga for mindfulness, stress reduction, and somatic awareness. These therapies show us how to exist in the present moment with ourselves. In our fast-paced, digital world, disconnecting and allowing ourselves to slow down is simply not part of our culture. With mindfulness-based psychotherapy, I provide a safe place for you to unplug and show up as you are.
