Therapy is a process of inner exploration.

Whether you are going through a major life change, struggling with relationship issues, grieving a loss, or just not feeling like yourself, you don’t have to go through it alone. I am here to support you by being a compassionate support and guide. I’ll help by shining light on what’s going on, identifing what’s getting in the way of your goals, and assisting you in taking steps toward your desired outcomes. What You Can Expect in a Session

We’ll work with a combination of talking and experiential techniques. Typically, we’ll begin by talking about what’s going on for you so that we can understand it and uncover what’s keeping you stuck. Most of the time our session will look like talking and exploring through the hour. There may be times we begin or end with a mindfulness practice in addition to talking. Alternatively, we may decide to shift into art therapy, guided imagery and visualization, somatic/body-oriented work, or techniques such as psychodrama and inner parts work. We can shape the session according to what your needs are.

    Online Psychotherapy

The pandemic has changed the way we do life in many ways. One gift is that we now have greater access to care when we need it. If you don’t want to deal with commuting or parking, you have kids at home, live outside of the area, or simply don’t want to leave the comfort of your own home, you don’t have to. If tele-therapy is something that interests you, I provide virtual sessions using a HIPAA-compliant platform. Schedule a consultation and we can determine if tele-therapy is right for you.
