    Midday Meditation Break

A space for you to breathe. Every Thursday at 11am.

This offering is currently on pause. If you’re here, I invite you to pause and take a long, slow breath in-and-out. If you’re interested in learning about mindfulness please check out my 6-week mindfulness course here.

    Join me.

To better serve the community during this time, I’m facilitating a weekly meditation group online.

This is an opportunity – a carved out time and virtual space – for you to pause, breathe, and check in with yourself, so you can then return to your day, however it looks, feeling centered, with more wisdom, and more like yourself.

Showing up is a radical practice in self-care.

    • 20 minute guided meditation
    • optional Q + A
    • wellness intention setting
    • connect with self and others

Hop on, breathe, and hop off!

Can’t make it? Let me know and receive a recording of the guided meditation. Suggested donation of $5-10 by Venmo to @ElanaMorgulis or by Paypal here.

No one is turned away for lack of funds.

    TESTIMONIAL

“I’m so grateful to have found Elana’s Midday Meditation class. It brings a perfect oasis of calm into the middle of my day and no matter how distracted, stressed, or fatigued I feel going into it, I always feel more calm, focused, and re-energized afterwards. I love the live Zoom sessions because they force me to make an appointment with myself to stop whatever else I’m doing for half an hour and simply stop doing. I’m also grateful to have access to a class recording so I can continue to practice on my own. As someone fairly new to meditation, Elana’s guidance throughout the practice has been so illuminating for me and is deepening my understanding and facilitating my practice. She somehow always seems to offer just what I need to hear and I come away enriched by new insights. I cannot recommend Elana highly enough and I’m so thankful she’s come into my life.”

    Why mindfulness meditation?

Whether you are surviving or thriving through this time…

    Mindfulness helps:

    • calm the nervous system
    • reduce stress, anxiety, and overwhelm
    • improve sleep
    • let go of unwanted thoughts and feelings
    • improve relationships

Mindfulness meditation is a practice of bringing non-judgmental awareness to the present moment. Taking a break to meditate allows you to reconnect with yourself and cultivate emotional resiliency.
